“What amazing stay! We can't say enough good things about this house in Ocean Bay Park. Our group included four couples and an 18 month old, and there was more than enough space for all of us to be together or take some time apart. The living area is big, with seating for many in front of the tv. The kitchen is very well supplied and roomy enough for a few people to cook meals together. “This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this property.”

“Location was very close to ferry and to the beach. There were accommodations like usage of bikes and others when the weather was still bit cool for the beach. Host was nice to offer meeting at the ferry with a wagon to help with belongs and such. Would book it again. ”

“Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper……

“Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by……

“I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.”
