“It is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. It is essential to note that this is not a Basement Apartment. It is an Annex to the family home, without any disturbance from the residence. In fact, I concluded someone was at home only when I saw a vehicle in the drive. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“Clean space, prime location, safe area, and comfy bed and bathroom. 9.5/10. The 1/2 star off is only because of the AC - it randomly makes weird and loud noises which woke us up and scared us quite a bit. ”

“Me and boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights and it was nice get away.”

“Lunavista Cozy studio was an amazing stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and well organized. Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper……
