“Great spot for exploring Galloway. Hot tub overlooking the forest, and walks starting straight from the cabin. Wildlife all around. Note that it is attached to another cabin & a farm, so it's not isolated - but we did feel like we had privacy. Otherwise a washing machine could be a good addition. Dave & Becky were very helpful, we'd definitely come back!”

“We stayed 6 Nights and found a cottage with very modern furniture, all you Need in the kitchen, own BBQ Grill Outside including Picnic Area. Allthough Its in the countryside, with a lot of nature around (trees, River, sheep, Cattle, birds and Flowers- you have a stabile wifi Connection. So What ever you seek- you are able to totally relax and disconnect or connect via the net. The Host family is Nice and live also on the ground in case you Need anything. Galloway Forest Park is nearby with walks……

“This accommodation has the potential to be unique and charming. However the property was not clean. One of my priorities. At first glance it passed cleanliness but it had an underlying grime. The utensils in the kitchen had been put away dirty. The floors in the bathrooms had grey grout that should have been white. It just looked shabby. The linens were questionable although they had an over powering smell of dryer sheets or? The downstairs bedroom and entrance hall had a weird odour, very……
