“This was a perfect location and property for our guys trip to Yosemite and Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks. It is in a quiet complex outside of town but close enough to Oakhurst and Bootjack/Mariposa that anything you might need is only a short trip away. The house big enough for 7 grown men to sleep without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well stocked pots/pans/silverware/dishes for making meals. The dishwasher worked great and was a must for us.(nobody wants to do dishes when traveling)……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and well appointed. Nice big kitchen area and some cooking utensils. The patio was a nice place to sit and look out at the view in the evening. Road noise was a bit much (this town loves their loud trucks!). The one minor down side was that the bed is not comfortable. All in all this was a very pleasant place to stay.”

“The butterfly apartment was indeed exceptional! Very clean and well cared for and as good a location as can be expected if you’re not in the park. Nice extra touches include portable a/c units in every room (a portable heater for main room for winter), both DIRECTV sat tv and streaming smart tv, and an Avalon water system that spits out filtered hot, cool, or cold water. “This place was amazing and the host went above and beyond. The space comfortably fit 9 people and there was plenty of sleeping space, beds, and couches to accommodate our party. The place has everything you need to cook and prepare meals. There is a lovely patio area. We were able to fit 3 cars in the driveway.
