“Building is older but rooms have been renovated. No carpet and showers tile. Wonderful breakfast and a fun happy hour with fabulous sunset view of the water. Easy walk to the historic area. Very quiet. I recommend valance for rooms with the outside light and a longer shower curtain. I would stay here again. ”

“We really liked this inn. It was quiet, private and friendly. The restaurant’s breakfasts which are included in the room price are fantastic. We ate dinner at the restaurant our last night and were glad we did since it is one of the top-rated restaurants in St. Augustine. I found the inn to be very charming. My husband would have liked something a little more modern, but I enjoyed its quaintness and personality. It’s also right in the heart of the historic district and walkable to anywhere! Very……

“Great spot and room. You get breakfast each morning and a martini each night (x2) very convenient and good. During part of our stay we had breakfast at Mary’s since the restaurant was being renovated and that was right next door. It was very good as well. Recommend this Inn! We’ve now stayed here 3 times and are planning the next.”
