“We stayed here years ago and they were worth another visit.This is a Pirate themed hotel within walking distance to most attractions and great places to eat. The rooms are large with bunkbeds and are great for families. Rooms are dated but part of the charm, bedding is amazing, so soft! No Tvs in room but there is a family room with tv, games and books. You have use of the kitchen but they ask you wait until after 10a.m. as they provide a free pirate pancake breakfast. The staff is friendly……

“The hotel is in a good location minutes from historic downtown and St Augustine Amphitheatre. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is basic but serves the purpose ”

“The staff was wonderful! It is convenient to all of the attractions in St. Augustine. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. I especially loved the scones and the coffee. My friend really liked the waffles. What we didn't like was the height and comfort of the beds and the heat and air controls. The chairs were uncomfortable and there was no table. The pillows were awful. So glad I brought my own. Also, wifi password should be provided when you check in. It wasn't. And,……

“The property was very clean. The room was spacious and had both a refrigerator and microwave which made it very convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. Rhonda went above and beyond to answer all question's we had, provide excellent customer service and was patient with us. The shower was very nice and TV's were very large. Despite the construction in the lobby, this was one of the best stays and we look forward to coming back! ”

“Comfortable bed. Nice size room. Nice size refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Plenty of places to eat near by. All the rooms open directly outside (motel style). Breakfast was the usual make your own waffles, eggs and a breakfast meat.”
