“I grew up going to this house (camp)every year as a child. My grandparents owned it and my family had to sell it when my grandparents became sick. I was looking on VRBO last year and looking for a place in Mathias, when I came across this VRBO. You all did an amazing job remodeling the inside. It’s beautiful and my dad and step mom and brother loved what you all have done. The first morning my dad made us a wonderful breakfast, and we sat on the porch and enjoyed the beautiful day. “Finding this sweet home in the woods is worth the long uphill drive on the gravel road. Don't give up! Keep going! Super comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen. Drop dead gorgeous living room and decks and fire pit area. Hoping I can come back and stay longer next time. Owner was quick in responding to a question I had. “Very clean and very well stocked. Plenty of entertainment with a closet full of games, a pool table and especially a very nice shuffleboard. We lost Internet one day and contacted the owner Julie, who in turn contacted the local Internet provider. They arrived the next day, replaced the router and we had no further problems. We would definitely stay here again the next time we vacation in the area ”

“Very nice, private cabin located within the proximity of many outdoor attractions. The bedrooms were nice and each had an individual AC unit. The kitchen is well stocked with functional appliances and cookware. Overall excellent property that we would definitely book again.”
