“We stayed here with some friends and family for ease of access for ice fishing. House was perfect. Everything we needed was there. Would definitely recommend this property to others!!”

“We had 14 guys all around 28 years old staying up there and it was perfect. Plenty of sleeping room and beds (some are in a separate bunk house but very close. There is a small sauna in that bunk house as well. Plenty of parking for everyone. The living room area is great for hanging out and watching football and can see that area which alap has pool table and tv from a big dinning room and kitchen is spacious with everything you need. “My husband and I wanted to have a weekend away for ice fishing. Cabin is in a great location close to the lake. Beds are very comfortable and there's a nice wood stove (gas) to keep the cabin warm. We weren't able to fish on Higgins due to ice not as thick as we'd hoped but we were able to fish on Houghton Lake. Fish we caught too small to keep. We had lunch/dinner at the Cut River Grille at Higgins Lake and the Beechwood Cafe in Roscommon. Highly recommend! Also went to Fred's in……

“This property is amazing. It has everything we need. Location is perfect for our needs. Secluded but close to the thins we need. Ana and Juan are very easy to work with and appreciated them being flexible. The 3 in 1 pool table provides great entertainment for all. This is our 2nd rental here and will be up for a 3rd.”
