“The hotel was wonderful—quiet and comfortable. What touched me the most was when I lost a jacket. When I contacted the hotel, they quickly responded that they had found my jacket. The hotel customer service lady Ms. Valdimarsdottir not only reassured me not to worry but also asked for my detailed shipping address and said they would send my jacket out soon. Today, When I received my lost jacket from them, I also received their warmth and kindness.”

“This place is amazing. If you’re adventurous it’s a bit of a drive and absolutely worth it. You can’t get more secluded than this. Hot tub on the porch. Bring food and drinks!”

“Our reservation was not is the system at first but the reception guy was helpful and our booking was confirmed so we got another room at the end. The hostel is a minute drive from the hotel. Had a cozy room and shared facilities with everything you need. Overall it was clean und recommendable.”

“其實這家酒店不錯的，就是房間小了一點，沒有煲水設備，沒有電視。 不過可以在地下大堂有飲水、咖啡的機器，也可以去客廳看電視或一班朋友聊天。 而且在追極光的話，就更好，行出酒店外便很容易看到了(如果有極光的話)。”
