“酒店图片很美，看起来还有小厨房，结果进去以后都是不能用的，也没有配备任何的餐具，网盘全部都没有，只是一个白色，唯一能用的就是微波炉，其他的都需要咨询准备，这让我们非常失望，之前看图片还以为这是一个能够加热食物的房间工作人员还算热情，酒店相对有些年份”

“Service and staff were amazing. Property was so clean and the staff were so professional so pleasant. The amenities on property will definitely be back there. We didn’t have a car and we were able to get around just fine with the hotel transportation, which was incredible. ”

“Chegamos uma hora antes do check- in e a funcionária não liberou o quarto, falou que não estava pronto. Depois de 45 minutos de espera comprei dela e ela me perguntou se eu estava olhando o e-mail, e que lá eu receberia um aviso. Como assim? Estou na recepção com malas e crianças e ela vem me falar de e-mail… e depois da espera veio me falar que ela já tinha um quarto, mas não era em andar alto… pq não falou que tinha esse quarto? Fez todos esperar? Mas o hotel é muito bom, bem localizado… O……
