“This was a great place to stay. It was very close to Chattanooga. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The master bed was very comfortable. You could hear the people on the second floor walking around and flushing their toilets, but it was not too bothersome. The kitchen was well stocked. Would stay there again.”

“My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV……

“My fiancé and I came for a Thursday–Sunday trip to plan/finalize our upcoming wedding at Cloudland Canyon. You would think our outings, cake tasting, reception planning would be more stressful than our stay—instead were the highlight of our trip, the stay itself was underwhelming.We were disappointed to find construction on the property with no prior notice. "The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The front desk was very friendly."
