“We really enjoyed our stay at Ruby's Roost. What a view! The sunset was amazing to watch from the top balcony. The pool table was a lot of fun even thought the table was a bit off balance. We were a bit disappointed witht the cleanliness of the place. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the stove top was dirty , dishes still in the dishwasher, and some trash from the last guests still in the trashcan. "The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The front desk was very friendly."
