“Mediocre breakfast! No individual yogurt, not high quality yogurt.few if any pastry. Coffee and tea is not left out in lobby though the web site states it does. Sofa is big but cushions offer no support. However beds are comfortable ”

“The Amsterdam Hotel was an extremely cost-effective option in Stamford, where the average hotel rates have skyrocketed. That said, set your expectations accordingly. This is a dated hotel with old furnishings and no frills (although the included continental breakfast was a nice extra). However, the staff is friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean, and it's within walking or short drive distance from whatever you want to do in Stamford. I felt like I got my money's worth.”
