“We were 2 couples on a fishing trip, and we loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Quiet neighborhood too. I will be taking the family again.”

“Due to the AC not working, we (my family included a teen, an 80 year old and a dog!) actually stayed in Rosate Spoonbill a few houses down. The manager was very responsive and accommodating and we couldn't be happier with the place ( which was spotless and had everything we needed), the neighborhood, the proximity to the bay. Would definitely rent from Avantstay again. ”
