“We had a great experience at the Sunrise Villa. Weather was bad so we really didnt get to enjoy the lake or the pool but the view was wonderful in the morning and the house was huge. Wonderful communication with the owners and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway on Lake Lanier. ”

“Our family had a wonderful time together at the lake! We spent most of our time out at the doc and on our boat enjoying the calm waters during the work week. We also enjoyed the back deck where we ate our meals and drank our morning coffee. Even when it rained we could enjoy the outdoors under the covered deck. “We had a wonderful time at Tera’s house! It was plenty big for 6 adults and 4 teenagers. The kids enjoyed the pool table and poker, and the adults enjoyed the spacious living room and kitchen for games as well as the fire pit and coffee options. Close to restaurants etc even though it feels rural. Loved it!”

“First, I have to mention our host, Donna, she’s amazing. You know the second you see the place that she enjoys what does, and trust me she is fantastic at it! From the minute we entered we were amazed. The cottage was magnificent. So well decorated. You can clearly tell cleaning is a priority, because it immaculate.if you’re ever in the area don’t hesitate to stay here. We will be using it for our weekend getaways. “The property was very clean and accommodated our families. We were in town for a soccer showcase tournament and really were there to put our heads to bed. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Location-wise, this was perfect and only 20 minutes to the fields we were playing on. Whoever rented previously left dishes in the washer and never ran it, so they were disgusting, but not a reflection of the owner. Sometimes people just forget to press wash. The railing on the back deck is quite loose……

One of the bedrooms is a "cut through" between two parts of the house, but that was workable. The owner was helpful in giving us more info about the rooms before we got there.
