“Stayed at Chateau Elan for a business conference, absolutely fantastic. The rooms were so nice, so spacious, great amenities. The conference area was also fantastic. But i have to say, the highlight was the food!! Bothvour evening dinner at the Cask Room and our buffet lunch were delicious, extensive options all delicious! Sadly it was a short stay so i didnt visit the spa, but it also looked so nice!! Cant waitcto visit again!!!”
"At first, the mattress was upside down, and I could feel the springs when sleeping. The room was not cleaned at all, and it felt like there were bugs everywhere. I asked the front desk to clean it twice. One time they said it was cleaned once a week, and another time they said it wasn't scheduled. The experience was very bad."
