“The home was very comfortable and clean. It was in walking distance to everything we needed. It was very family friendly area. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to go to Cumberland Island to stay here. Landlord was very quickly to respond to my messages. Grandchildren enjoyed having a playground across the street. ”

“The pictures do not do this place enough justice. This was our first time in St. Mary's and I was traveling with myself and two small children. We pulled up and immediately just love with everything about it. From the cute little front porch to entering the home itself. I went shopping before hand but was surprised by all the little things they had available. The beds were comfortable and the home felt truly welcoming to make yourself comfortable during your stay. “We had a great getaway for three days. The pictures and description don’t do the place justice. A great cabin to relax and reconnect. Just sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch with a coffee, a canoe trip on the river and sitting by the fire place was everything we needed. Skip was a great host and responded right away, making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend anytime - 4x4 is recommended when rainy :-) Thank you for a great stay!”

“The space was sufficient and loved the 4 bathrooms for a group of 14. There needs to be curtains for privacy on main level. Lock for outside porch door and update on patio furn with cushions it was too dirty top really sit on outside. Outside motion light its so dark at night. Other than that the home had all that we needed to be together at this time as a family.”

“We love this house. It has the main living area but it also has a HUGE separate living area that is great for separation of space for multiple couples or large families with teens. It is very clean and toilet paper, paper towels etc are provided. It is the perfect location in St Marys. We easily walked to everywhere downtown. Our dogs fit in well with the house. And the porch was the perfect spot to end the day as we people watched. We will be back!”
