“We planned and reserved his trip a few months in advance. We had lots of down time (5 days) to spend at this location due to the nature of our visit. They told us at checkin we could cancel and find another hotel? Find another hotel when we arrived? At 11:00 at night? No compensation for lack of notification. Very……
