“The thermostat would not go down past 70 degrees. We had maintenance come And he was not able to fix it so he was suppose to bring someone back. By 9:45 and no return, we needed to go to bed. ”

“I’ve been staying here since March of 2009. This was one of my most unsatisfied stay!! We got to our room and went to use the bathroom and there was a long streak of bowls going down on the front of the stool!!! Then my husband went to the air on and the filters were on the floor and they were so dirty!! He cleaned them a little and put them in and it didn’t matter cause the air was working very well anyway!!!”
