It is about a 30-35 minute walk from train station to hotel which can be a bit tiring with some mild inclines. ”

Located right across the pedestrian street from the Piazza del Campo, it is surprisingly quiet, even during the Palio festivities. Katia is a delightful host, and was helpful in every way. She is an excellent communicator. It is a very discrete entrance -- see photo -- look for the small "35" on the building. Highly recommend! ”
