“We had such a great time and kept marveling at how nice this property is. Clean, spacious, incredibly well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice little backyard space. The commercial part of St. Johns is just a 12-minute walk away, where there are coffee shops, a vegan restaurant, a Korean restaurant, a cozy spot for handmade pasta, some bars, and a small movie theater. “The place is just as described. The townhouse is relatively new with no wear and tear. It is actually a three bedroom, two bath unit that the property management Vrbo’s for only four people.it’s good for two couples, with the exception that one bedroom is significantly smaller than the other one. Not a big deal, just an fyi. The area is a nice base for wine tasting and Carlton has many nice restaurants.
