This is a special property that has been beautifully restored to include open space, modern conveniences and nice furnishings and decor. The Dutchess on Pearl retains the feeling and charm of the era it was built including original wood flooring. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and common areas conducive to shared conversation. We try to stay somewhere around downtown for the restaurants and things to do. This was a beautiful townhome that accommodated all three of us comfortably and was located close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend this to anyone.”
