“The property is not maintained outside. Safety concerns for sure. Huge hole leading into dock. Sock needs to be power washed due to buildup it’s very slippery. Bricks, stones, 2x4s randomly placed trip hazards everywhere. Lawned not mowed. Trash wasn’t picked up from previous renters . Inside ok for a DIY, table unstable, plywood bench, bed support broken. There more but that says a lot”

“Property owner was responsive to questions. Property was even better than pictures show. Be aware though of steep walk to the lake (which was known to us). Elderly and young children probably won't make it. But we got used to it and offers a nice, short exercise. Plenty of stocked firewood for a campfire and s'mores. Great stay!”

“We had such a wonderful time during our stay here and enjoyed every moment. We are so grateful to the hosts for working with us during an emergency situation in the fall (Hurricane Helene) when they so generously rescheduled our trip. Although I'm sure we would have loved the fall colors, the spring was just as beautiful.
