“我们在网上预定的海景房， 入住时分派的不是海景房， 质疑后给调换了。我们提前电话通知增加一天住宿 ，提前一天到达入住并告知了我们的订单号码。当我们到达办理入住手续时，当班的接待员根本不知道有这回事。房间内的小冰箱一直都是空的，没有任何饮料。同酒店预定早上出海看海豚，最终没有结果，没人通知我们。”
