“We stayed for two nights while we were visting parents in lake of the pines. It was very convenient. Host provided all items needed and some snacks and waters!!!! We would stay again on short visits to see family.”

“We left early. No hot water in bathroom. No tv. Insects in every room, spiders, mosquitos, millipedes, beetles, cobwebs in all the windows and musty air throughout. Bugs dead in non-working jacuzzi. Paint cans in garbage bags and rugs piled behind property. This place is not as advertised and needs to be cleaned up.”

“Property and stay was beautiful! Road to the property was rough and full of deep holes. It was a private road and needed work, badly. Home was listed as two bedroom, but it was not. I enjoyed my stay so quiet and relaxing, even saw set up close. ”

“Great spot for a couple with an outdoor deck facing the lake. We enjoyed propane fire on the deck and listening to the wildlife in the evenings. Lots of good restaurants and shopping within 10 miles. Suggest going to Historic Folsom, which is about a 10 minute drive.”

“My wife and I stayed for a few days. We love downtown Nevada City and you really can’t be any closer with this stay. So convenient to be able to pop in and out while enjoying all of what downtown has to offer. Apartment was very clean and new, great kitchen all new appliances. ”

“Cute and cozy property, perfect for my sister and I. It was close to the highways, a decent price, stayed cool during very hot weather, also very quiet. I was surprised at the size of the tiny kitchen but it had everything we needed. I wasn't expecting to walk through the front door into a bedroom but it worked out fine. We would stay again. ”
