“We loved our stay in Arlington. The cute cottage is super clean and over-the-top supplied, making our stay fantastic. Care is obvious! The hostess and host truly have made this home beautiful, efficient, and comfortable, ranging from the white hydrangeas, Joe-Pie-Weed, and potted red geraniums near our outside deck, the incredibly well stocked kitchen, the black out blinds, to the comfortable bed! “I cant rave enough about the location. If you are a biology nerd you are going to love this place. Ive never seen so many butterflies and we caught catfish off of the dock. Also if you are a fossil hunter there are some great sites within driving distance. This is the first rental property my friends and I have visited twice.”

“This interestingly titled listing is certainly an affordable home option (surprised to see it on Hotels.com - property is maintained by Evolve and it is nowhere mentioned in the listing), conveniently located in the city. However, it is not recommended and not suitable for business trips. I stayed here with two colleagues during a recent business trip. “My daughter's family and myself went to DC for my mother's burial at Arlington. It was a quick trip and we're from the area,though no one lives there now, so we needed a place to stay. This was a convenient location close to places to eat, the Metro, and major roadways. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. I'd definitely recommend.
