“酒店不是很新，但乾淨和整潔，只有最基本的設備-床、衣櫃等等，到達當天前台男職員非常熱情，但離開的女職員就不太好，查問那裡可寄放行李都沒理會，最後要靠自己在外面放儲物櫃，酒店有電梯，是一個非常細小的電梯，兩人進去也很迫了，非常特別。
交通方面，步行可到Bolhão地鐵站及附近步行街／市場，但有斜路，所以不是最方便，但有交通一天票可在酒店門口乘巴士到地鐵站，城市始終不大，往來機場或火車站也算方便。”

“旅館職員相當友善，他向我們介紹了不少當地的景點及前往方法，還有那些餐廳可以去那些不要去之類。雖然旅館是處於一座有二百年歷史的建築入面，但因最近翻新了，所以一點都不覺得殘舊，房間都很不錯。不過，有幾點需要留意：
1. 旅館位置距離市中心大約是十五分鐘腳程，出入都可Metro或Bus，但會貴；
2. 由旅館前往市中心是下斜路段，所以回程就是上斜；
3. 房間隔音不太理想，會聽到別人說話，但沒有影響我倆睡眠；
4. 旅館內是沒有升降機，所以大型行李上落會不方便，但旅館職員有幫手拿。
以上的問題對我們都不是問題，所以應為整理是很不錯。”

"鄰近火車站交通方便，但因目前車站附近有工程進行，應該會持續數個月，乾淨，安全，舒適，方便。整體員工友善，早餐很不錯，到各個景點都很方便。窗戶隔音可以再加強些，可以感應到風切聲，風大的時候。"

"The hotel is located at a VERY nice point to overview the bridge Luis. It´s beautiful to have the sunrise and sunset sightseeing from the hotel.
Our room was in the 12th floor, the bridge is at the 14th floor level of the hotel, the room wtih river side view is preferred!
The breakfast is with plenty selection of food, the cheese board, the bread and the fruit varieties are not extremely large, but already good enough to a satisfactory breakfast.
The metro is at the corner of the hotel, it’s convenient to take the public transportation to anywhere. There are also small restaurants near by, no problem with the kind of food at all.
The only concern is the sound proof from the hall, when the children run or screaming at the corridor, and closing the room doors, the sound it really loud and annoying for the people who want to stay in room and have a rest."
