“Fantastic place to stay. It was clean and in a perfect location! ”

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

Absolutely delightful, conscientious staff, and unmatched decor, this lodging added a layer of value to our San Francisco experience for which we found worth and we are grateful.”
