“Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. “House and amenities were exactly as advertised. House was beautiful, clean and just what we wanted. Owner was great communicator and kept in touch with us during our stay. We will be returning to the area and will definitely rent from her again as long as she lists the house. AMAZING STAY!!”

“Location is everything in this case. Sitting right on the edge of the Great Sand Dunes National Park, this place offers the closest view of the dunes and mountains from the room’s patio. Other than camping in the park, this is the only good option. We loved sitting on the patio with a glass of wine watching the sunset as it cast shadows in the dunes.
