“I stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the hospital where I was having a procedure. I was told that the car (in valet) would be ready at 5:30 AM when I needed to leave. No one was in sight. We walked around the main floor, looking and calling for someone which put me in a bit of a panic. We knocked on doors and yelled down the hallway. Finally someone came about 10 minutes late. Some of the Front Desk folks are very friendly unhelpful, others are not. The ladies in the dining room for……
