“Previously stayed and had a great experience. This stay, we had a rough check-in. Upon arrival, I was told we had already been checked in and out so she would need to rebook our room. I explained that the card for payment was 900 miles away because the room was already paid for. She finally fixed it and I was given my room keys. I go to my room and open the door to find it already occupied. The rest of the trip was great. All the staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly.……

“We had reservations for a room with 2 queen beds for two nights for 3 adults. They messed up and gave us a room with 1 king bed. So my adult son had to sleep on the couch. They did provide us with breakfast for 2 of the 3 of us to compensate, but was still disappointed in the mix up. We had made the reservations a few months prior to our stay. That’s why I’m only giving 4 out of 5 stars.”

“My stay was pretty average. The experience wasn’t particularly bad, but it didn’t stand out either. The room itself was mostly fine, though there were a few minor maintenance issues—not enough to bother reporting, but noticeable. The staff varied in their attentiveness. “The proximity of hotel to train tracks (not just tracks but a crossing, requiring train horn signaling) is problematic. More insulation in rooms/windows could help. Or please warn potential customers to bring ear plugs. ”
