“Absolutely stunning! Peaceful and quiet. Very well stocked with facilities. Breakfast available, but bring your own food otherwise. If you get to the North Deck and didn't see it, you've just passed it. Look to the right of the North Deck and proceed to the furthest gate to the right. It's a steep climb by vehicle to access. Not for the faint of heart, but well worth it! Spanish is an asset with the onsite attendant, however, the owner speaks English and is only a call away.”

The apartments have all yoiu need including a kitchen, AC , small balcony , TV etc. Helpful staff. Overall good value for money considering the location ”

“The hotel is very unusual in the fact thst it is built i to the side of a mountain, and as such is referred to as the upside-down hotel. From the lobby guests take the elevator down to their rooms! The food is well prepared and portions are good. The breakfast buffet has lots of selections. The outdoor patio offers a city and ocean view.”

“The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate.
