“What a wonderful getaway. Michael's home is warm, cozy and each room has a wonderful view of Galway Lake. We loved early morning kayaking and just floating in the lake. Hanging on the porches, bbqing and just relaxing! The kitchen is filled with everything you need to cook a great meal and you are close to a lot of great restaurants if you have a hankering to leave the property! Michael is easily reachable and made the stay perfect! Look forward to a longer stay next summer! ”

Just a short walk across the yard to a beautiful lake made this a perfect place for us and our kids ages 3,10 and 13. We brought our canoe for fishing and did so each morning of our 6 night stay. “1890s Elegant mansion with great bones and almost completely restored. Pool would be big plus in summer and game room definitely a plus, though some equipment needed repair. Great location for our short family reunion of 6 adults and 3 tweens. Would worry about kids less than 10 or limited mobility folks as stairs quite tight or spirally and high. Does have first floor bedroom but a bit of distance to the single well appointed bath on that floor. Kitchen quite well equipped and even had a wide……
