“The property was as listed, however the key wasn't in the lockbox when we arrived and it took several calls from myself and VRBO customer service to reach the host to inform them of this. We waited an hour for someone to arrive with a key. Parking isnt convenient unless you pay the $15 daily for the lot across the street from the building. The unit was fine, but the bathroom wasn't at the level of cleanliness that I was expecting. There was dust along the floor boards, hair on the tub and sink……

“Me and my partner stayed for a weekend so none of the problems were too bad. The stove would not turn on or work, but they provided an airfryer to heat up our food. There was only one roll of oneply toilet paper which sufficed for us, but I worry other families may not be as lucky. I am pretty sure this might have been an oversight, but there was no indoor trash can or bags, which made it hard to keep the space clean. There were also coffee pods, which we appreciated, but no coffee machine.……

“We were impressed with the property cleanliness, spaciousness, decor and overall amenities. The wifi was excellent and made working from home very easy for our extended stay. James was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and had easy access to shopping. The kitchen could use more dinnerware and silverware. There was always plenty of paper and plastic but we prefer dishes.”
