“This little condo had everything I needed to enjoy my first trip to Richmond. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, great a/c. I enjoyed the wine and the water and coffee was a very thoughtful gesture. I am coming back to the show next year and will book at the Eileen. Parking was never an issue, so don’t worry about venturing out. In walking distance of great restaurants and some interesting historical sites.”

“Overall a great place. Parking was not great, half of the spaces are currently not available due to construction and the shortest walk to the parking lot was through a filthy alley. Place was clean and bed very comfy. Close to VCU, FAN district and convention center but neighborhood is a little run down with many closed stores and restaurants. No issues with door lock code etc. Only window was into the atrium and had blinds but the 2 glass brick openings had none so a lot of light coming in……

“I stayed here with my husband and 3 of our friends from college while in town for a friend’s wedding. The location was close to the venue and easy to navigate to. The host had amazing communication and was easy to get a hold of when needed. Only big complaint is that it wasn’t in the NICEST area, but we didn’t feel unsafe ever. Otherwise, could have used a slightly less firm bed and larger towels, but they weren’t bad by any means. Still slept great. Overall great experience for our short……

“Super cool hideaway in a small, but neat historic town. Stayed because our daughter was graduating from Ft. Lee and we had dogs. This place was close to base and has a gated backyard for the dogs. Outdoors: super convenient location within walking distance to tons of restaurants, and an amazing coffee shop right out the back door! We got lucky and they had a community festival right down the road with food trucks, live and DJ music, and ended the night with fireworks we watched from the……
