“We drove in from South Caroline for the winter warfare fight. This house was great for us (3 adults) with the main benefit, private gated PARKING! Nice to pull into the yard next to the patio & lock the fence. Also, the spa shower was the best after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable firm yet soft. The house was clean, “Alexa” was a nice bonus, kitchen was stocked and owners were fast to get back to us. We will be back. ”

“I really appreciated the hosts constant communication and quick responses. The property was perfect for hosting our party. Clean space and modern appliances. We really liked having the space within walking distance to the train station. One star removed due to the parking situation and the pillows/blankets were not very clean (yellow stains). Otherwise really great.”

“This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”

“I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take……

“Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. “I would highly recommend this property. The studio was larger than expected with a large size bathroom. Many towels were available also. The kitchen area was also very accommodating with all the necessary small appliances. This studio was accessible to public transportation and a few blocks from Central Park. Many restaurants and grocery stores are within blocks too.”

“We had a great stay; having an apt made being in NYC so much easier with our 3 tween/teens. Neighborhood was quiet, space was clean, close to the park. We were missing a hair dryer, but property manager quickly resolved. W/D in unit was a huge plus. Beds were comfy.”

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
