“Amazing customer service I was flying in for my husband’s army graduation I arrived Tuesday 13th and I stayed until Monday 19th may and everyday the staff kept the lounge clean and organized. Super nice customer service I felt like home, such amazing staff. I will be back in Aug 2025 and I am so thankful I chose to come here because I was flying alone. “Our stay was excellent, except our room had no toilet paper. We had to go to the office to get some. I had surgery the morning that we checked out, so I couldn't eat the breakfast.”

“I like the ladys from the desk they pretty help full and treat you nice , what i dont like is that they dont clean even if you ask , i ask 2 and i was there for 5 days and nothing , the other thing i didnt like is the atittude of the girl from breakfast, the food finish and she dont restock the breakfast and on top of that she look at you bad and then she desapiere, like she dont Care of you get breakfast or not ….. but then the rest is good .”

“This was a disappointing stay. The accommodation and services I reviewed, booked and paid for were not what I got. First, I was unable to reach the owner prior to check in. When we arrived on time for check in, I was told the room was not ready and the owner was not thrilled that we brought our dogs, despite the listing describing this place as pet friendly. “Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”
