“House was great and just what we needed. We had 8 people and more than enough room with 2 beds we didn’t even use. You’re able to walk straight to the water from the house. We’re all in decent shape and had no issue but I could see some would maybe need to drive a short, less than 1/2 mile, to the beach access in Morgantown. ”

“We enjoyed staying at this cute home. It’s super close to the beach and easy to locate. Area was quiet and the house was clean. Host easy to contact and very helpful. ”

“We had a wonderful time. The cottage was well stocked and well maintained. There was plenty of room for all. We loved the location and beach access. Far enough away from Gulf shores to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough if you want to go into the area to eat, shop, or hang out. The host was great, reached out prior to our dates, and we spoke during our stay when i had a question and the day we left. For me and my family it was 10/10 we are already looking at dates to reserve next year!”

“Everything about this place was beautiful. The owner is friendly and answered all my questions. I loved watching the dophins in the bay each morning. Everything was clean and neat. Everything work and we had no issues. Will be staying again.”

“Great cottage! Very clean! Decor nice, well stocked, just what we needed. Pool was nice but we didn’t use it. The listing did not have pet fees listed or that if you needed a 3rd parking spot the fee was 100 & that caused a little stress & inconvenience. Also it was not clear where to park the golf cart if you chose to rent one (another person staying on the property harassed us for not parking the golf cart in the right place which it was parked in the space we paid for - he was wrong we could……

“Stayed here for the second time.....Amazing views, simply gorgeous. Tucked into a jungle mountainside, so plenty of privacy. Great breeze, great pool and rooms are spread out and private. All the kitchen amenities you need. AC in all rooms including the common areas. Plenty of parking. Easy access to all the North shore beaches and Midway grocery. Nellie and owner both very responsive to any issues (though there are rarely any issues, minor if there are)Thanks again for a great stay, see……

“Clean and wonderful place to stay! ”

“This is our second stay at Martinique and we loved it!! It is always super relaxing and quiet. The weather was a mess this week, but we made the best of it! Luckily there was an indoor pool and hot tub for the rainy days! The sauna and work out room are an extra bonus most places don’t have. ”

“It’s just 200 steps from your door to the sand, and the AC was freezing cold. ”

“By far the best beach house we’ve stayed at. The location was quiet and the private beach was a dream. The home was exactly like described and more. We felt very at home. It was a very short walk to the beach. All necessities were provided, including a blender for those frozen concoctions. The home provided a beautiful backdrop for what the Alabama beaches offer. I would recommend this home over and over again. Communication with the property was clear and concise. We are officially The Good……

“Cottage was very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of beach toys and chairs were available. Probably would need to drive over to the public parking by the beach if you are carrying much for your set up on the beach. Get your shrimp at Billys and shop at Walmart for your groceries. Stay off the strip between Foley and Gulf Shores due to heavy traffic. Enjoyed our stay very much!”
