“We loved the rental! Very clean and lots of space. We were very active seeing family in the area and exploring. Didn’t see much wildlife besides squirrels and chipmunks. Would love to rent again next time we are in the area. Thank you again.”

“We left the property and started refund process within just a couple of hours of arriving. Exterior of House looks nothing like the photos online: Grass was not mowed, trash was on the front porch, paint was chipping, chairs were broken and taped together, back door to house was unlocked. Interior was no better; shower floors and walls were rusty, bath mats were wet and soiled, freezer had dried blood on the interior, beds did not appear to be freshly made with clean sheets since previous……

At first I was dreading the 30 minute drive to the fields, but the Cherry Valley to Cooperstown drive is so beautiful. The home was perfect for us. A clean and comfortable farm house with plenty of room. Do not miss the sunrise!
