“Helen’s home was absolutely adorable! I stayed there with my bridesmaids the weekend of my wedding and got ready there as well! We loved all the decor and the cozy vibes, both the inside and the outside of her home made the perfect setting for our pictures. Also very much appreciated the communication throughout the past few months since booking. Would definitely recommend to any visiting family and friends!”

The only issue that became a large issue is that there are only two mini splits for air conditioning. The dining/livingroom and one bedroom upstairs had air conditioning. “Love the quaint appeal of the house. Met some neighbors very friendly. Visited a shop near there very unique. Every thing was near by went for train ride A boat tour on a lake in Cooperstown Howes Caverns and other places. My friends and I really enjoyed it we are thinking of coming back in the future. “1890s Elegant mansion with great bones and almost completely restored. Pool would be big plus in summer and game room definitely a plus, though some equipment needed repair. Great location for our short family reunion of 6 adults and 3 tweens. Would worry about kids less than 10 or limited mobility folks as stairs quite tight or spirally and high.
