“Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. Easy access to everything that we needed.”

“The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was large and equipped with a microwave oven and refrigerator. Everything in the room worked well. The waterpressure was good and the water got hot. There is no icemaker in the premises. The overall shape of the buildings was a bit run outdated. The door of our hotel room was hung crooked whichl ooked bad and let extra light into the room from the hallway. The bathroom tile and paint looked like it was left halfway completed. Everytime a guest……

“We had a very good experience at the Ft. Smith, AR, Home2 Suites. The check-in process was quick, the rooms were clean, the kitchen ammenities were better than anticipated, there was a very good selection of items for breakfast, and the pool was clean. The only downfall is something beyond this property's ability to control, and that was the loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks that drive back and forth late at night. Next time, we will ask for a room that doesn't face Phoenix.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn at Fort Smith,AK . It was quite,clean,and easy to find. Eating places were near by. Breakfast was delicious,they serviced hotcinnamon rollsand had bagles to go for people on the run”

“The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish ”
