Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“The bathroom was clean. Having the door that split the bedroom with the family room worked wonders! My children said that breakfast was great ( i dont eat in the mornings but it smelt great.) The a.c. will run you out the room. My husband and i love the pillows they were so comfy. They bed was firm. The t.v. guide that was printed out by the hotel had the wrong channel for it but there is a t.v. guide on the actual t.v. as well. The pool and spa was clean! The staff was very friendly. And it……

“I really enjoyed the stay there I really wanted to stay longer. But that staff member or owner was very rude. I booked another night and when me and my kids came in we noticed there were no towels and wash rags. My daughter came from work and wanted to shower he refused to give us towels and rags. I know before we left I left all those towels right next to the door. He was very rude and I was gonna stay another night but i didn’t like the way I was being treated! You won’t get no more of my……
