“This house/cabin is PERFECTLY situated on the Ichetucknee River. Clean, comfortable… huge screened in porches. It took our family about 2 and a half hours to paddle on the (available) kayaks upriver into the State Park and to the midpoint launch, and an hour to float/paddle back. The river access is… such a treat, and the deck out at the edge was much enjoyed. We saw a couple manatees swim by, even in April, which was a surprise.”

“Finding this cozy cottage covered in trees and it's shady porch was just what I needed to get away from the city. It is very centrally located to many springs and beautiful natural areas and works as a great home base. It only 2 blocks from Ft. White, but you feel like you are out in the country. I LOVED having the windows open and not having to worry who was looking in. Really enjoyed the stay, also fenced yard great for dogs.”

“This place was awesome. The view, the cleanliness and the location. We were 11 minutes from Ginnie Springs, 8 mins from Fort White and 15 mins from High Springs. This is great for couples that want to get away from the city life for awhile. Will totally recommend to someone else about this place. ”
