“This house/cabin is PERFECTLY situated on the Ichetucknee River. Clean, comfortable… huge screened in porches. It took our family about 2 and a half hours to paddle on the (available) kayaks upriver into the State Park and to the midpoint launch, and an hour to float/paddle back. The river access is… such a treat, and the deck out at the edge was much enjoyed. We saw a couple manatees swim by, even in April, which was a surprise.”

“We had a great stay here. Both john and chelsey are wonderful people! Everything was clean and ready to go. They even left apples and carrots for us to feed the donkeys. We had such a great time there! It was our first time in florida, and john gave us great advice on places to visit and where to find great food. We cannot wait to go back again next year!”

“We were looking for something on the Santa Fe River that was close to the Springs outside of Gainesville. “Perfect place for a relaxing getaway! We paddle boarded on the Suwannee river and swam in it! Loved Hart Springs, too. Walked up and down the dirt road with our dog. Made arts and crafts on the front porch. Cooked meals together. Ate together. Laughed. Relaxed! Some recommendations- We brought our own water filter as the water there smells like sulfur! Highly recommend you do, too! The grill did not seem to work- the temperature gauge is out. So we grilled over the fire we made in the barrel.……
