“Everything was just as advertised. Property was located right on the Sante Fe River a very, very short canoe paddle to the Ichetucknee River.If you haven't been the the Ichetucknee River is a must. There was plenty of room for sleeping and the kitchen was well equipped. The backyard was large and fenced for our doodle. It was very easy to find even arriving after dark. “Had a wonderful stay at this house for a gymnastics state meet in Gainesville. Price was great, house was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved that pets are allowed even though some of our party couldn't come and the dog stayed home with them, we loved having the option initially. Communication was easy and immediate. “Getting into the house was seamless. The house was clean. A pack n play was available for my 1 year old. The beds were comfortable. I only wished there was a grill in the backyard. Otherwise the house was perfect for our little family of 5 (kids 6, 4 and 1)We lost power and contacted the owner and he called the power company and helped make sure it was resolved quickly. Very nice guy. We loved our 4 night stay. Orherwaie ”

“The house was perfect for our family Gator weekend. Nice, quiet neighborhood and house was exactly as described. The hosts communicated well and house was very clean. We did not get to use the pool as we had other activities planned during the day. But it was very peaceful sitting poolside in the mornings and evenings. “Finding this cozy cottage covered in trees and it's shady porch was just what I needed to get away from the city. It is very centrally located to many springs and beautiful natural areas and works as a great home base. It only 2 blocks from Ft. White, but you feel like you are out in the country. I LOVED having the windows open and not having to worry who was looking in. Really enjoyed the stay, also fenced yard great for dogs.”

“This house/cabin is PERFECTLY situated on the Ichetucknee River. Clean, comfortable… huge screened in porches. It took our family about 2 and a half hours to paddle on the (available) kayaks upriver into the State Park and to the midpoint launch, and an hour to float/paddle back. The river access is… such a treat, and the deck out at the edge was much enjoyed. We saw a couple manatees swim by, even in April, which was a surprise.”
