“We stayed for my brothers graduation. We enjoyed being outside of Gainesville but being close enough to be convenient. Great space, comfortable beds, and lots of parking. We had a really lovely stay! Would recommend for families of UF students for sure. ”

“I recently stayed at this VRBO and had a great experience. The house was exactly as shown in the photos—exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The location was convenient for accessing UF campus and town, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this property for its cleanliness and amenities.”

“My husband and I came for a weekend to see our sons who are students at UF. We needed a dog friendly place and this is it—the back is fenced so we could let them out while we were back there—so easy. The house was well appointed—nice tile, linens, and fixtures, better than I expected. It is also close to downtown restaurants and pretty close to UF too. “Tiny” home but actually plenty of room. It would have been fine to have one of my sons stay upstairs in the loft so this place is also good for……

“My wife and I were in Gainesville for our daughter’s graduation. Our stay was terrific. The house was close to everywhere we wanted to be, quiet, and very comfortable. Communication from Gerald was just the right amount. The home was well appointed with necessary kitchen items and the bed and shower were great. ”
