“My husband and I came for a weekend to see our sons who are students at UF. We needed a dog friendly place and this is it—the back is fenced so we could let them out while we were back there—so easy. The house was well appointed—nice tile, linens, and fixtures, better than I expected. It is also close to downtown restaurants and pretty close to UF too. “Tiny” home but actually plenty of room. It would have been fine to have one of my sons stay upstairs in the loft so this place is also good for……

“Spent the Missouri baseball weekend at this property which is tucked in a quiet spot not far at all from everything you could need. Some of the properties in the area were in need of some tlc. As for the house itself, it checked most of the boxes. The biggest thing is how accommodating and helpful Carlos is with check-in. Greatly appreciate it. There are some quirks about the house itself, like the washer and dryer being right next to the backyard door. And the cleaning crew could go over the……

“Great week. The floors were dusty could have been mopped before we came that is the only reason I gave cleanliness a 4. I would definitely come back. It was very easy to speak to the host and they responded very quickly. Everything was as listed and in the pics. We had an amazing time. ”

“Getting into the house was seamless. The house was clean. A pack n play was available for my 1 year old. The beds were comfortable. I only wished there was a grill in the backyard. Otherwise the house was perfect for our little family of 5 (kids 6, 4 and 1)We lost power and contacted the owner and he called the power company and helped make sure it was resolved quickly. Very nice guy. We loved our 4 night stay. Orherwaie ”
