“My husband and I came for a weekend to see our sons who are students at UF. We needed a dog friendly place and this is it—the back is fenced so we could let them out while we were back there—so easy. “My wife and I were in Gainesville for our daughter’s graduation. Our stay was terrific. The house was close to everywhere we wanted to be, quiet, and very comfortable. “Checkin is confusing- There’s multiple units and clear instructions are missing. Parking isn’t true- it’s street parking as available. Unit is non smoking and smelled like smoke. Shower doesn’t work properly (complicated shower head only works waist down). Audible camera announcements can be heard from inside all night long. Safety lights turn on all night. Not a kitchen as advertised. Numerous homeless camps within 1-3 blocks. Soap to wash hash in bathroom. Very basic and not as advertised,……

“Rented to use for a place to stay for an event at 2 blocks away. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot , and the massage chair was great.”

“The home is spacious and clean. It's in a very quiet area close to the University. Beds were comfortable and the house was nice and cold! The AC definitely works great!
