“Wonderful house and wonderful neighborhood. We spent a lot of time on the back patio which was private with comfy furniture and had an incredible awning wih a fan, so cool and not buggy.”

“We had a great stay hear at this quiet oasis. The location was amazing for those who want more privacy but also want to me close to UF. Me and my family had a great time with our pets as well. There was so much space for them to run around. We only had issues with the cleanliness of the house, the floors were super dirty and we only noticed because we had wiped the floor from some crumbs that were spilled. The master bathroom was clogged and it didn’t seem like any surfaces were wiped down such……

“Beautiful home, nice stay. We enjoyed it. If I had to say anything negative it be that I noticed some thick Cobb webs at the cathedral ceiling in living room, and the plants around the back yard deck and outdoor table need to be really cut. The seating outback was very rusted. Beautiful scenery though. ”

The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area. “The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. For the WiFi, the key is a zero place that is easy to locate, taking into account that the people who are staying are passing through, as well as placing legible instructions on……
