“Pros: Free minibar, helpful staff, have Alexa to play spotify music, bath robes, slippers, spacious bathroom, great shower and you can choose what kinda pillow you need. located in a valley which has almost everything that you would need. close to Brisbane airport which is good for catching morning flight. Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.”

“My kids loved the swimming pool. However, we were disappointed that the "river view" room is not what we expected. We could only see the river when viewing from the corner of the room. Its actually facing buildings .. ”

“The property is in a great location and is very pleasant to stay in. Staff are great and very accomodating, please be aware there are a lot of homeless/rough sleepers in the area. Some might find it slightly uncomfortable. The area itself is like any big city. Not the hotels fault but something to consider when booking. ”

“It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”
