“Very nice, clean and great neighborhood. ”

“Loved the house! Very comfortable beds and kitchen was well-stocked. There was more than we needed. However, I would randomly check up on cleaning crew to make sure they are stocking the house with necessities like bath soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper, all of which we had to make a special trip to buy. Also the shower curtains need to be washed.”

“Internet connection promised but rarely worked. Hot water availability very limited. A smart tv with streaming but no cable or broadcast. Leftover toiletries and spices not really needed or apprecited. .available ”

“Great home with everything you need for a great experience.”

“I property is located in quite neighborhood. Located close to shopping and dinning, Downtown Old Yuma, a chamipionship golf course and medical facilities. We didn't use the pool to cold one week and during the other week we were golfing during the warm days. Great WiFi and easy access. The manager was easy to communicate with. For a butch of old guys we had a lot of fun!”

“We had an amazing stay at Moe’s place.Moe was an amazing host. He responded quickly to anything you need. House was perfect nice and clean. Very cozy. Felt just like home. We would definitely book again.”

“Home was very clean! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Very close to Walmart. Our host Annette was so nice and quick to respond. Nice to be able to bring our dogs. Loved the Yuma sunshine.”

“We are four senior women who get together once a year just to play Minnesota Canasta and visit. Yuma is a good location as one of us comes from Prescott AZ, one from Tucson AZ and two from San Diego. This home was perfect for us. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We hope to use it again next year.”

“We enjoyed three weeks in this friendly, quiet property. The home is exactly as advertised, clean, cosy and more than enough room for two people. The huge shared lots allow more privacy than you’d ever get in an R.V. Park. A very quiet and friendly neighborhood,far away from the hustle and bustle of town.”
