“Very nice, clean and great neighborhood. ”

“Loved the house! Very comfortable beds and kitchen was well-stocked. There was more than we needed. However, I would randomly check up on cleaning crew to make sure they are stocking the house with necessities like bath soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper, all of which we had to make a special trip to buy. Also the shower curtains need to be washed.”

“Internet connection promised but rarely worked. Hot water availability very limited. A smart tv with streaming but no cable or broadcast. Leftover toiletries and spices not really needed or apprecited. .available ”

“The house was immaculate and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, easy to walk around. The backyard was comfortable to relax in and enjoy the warm winter sun. Chad was easily accessible and responded to our inquiries quickly. I highly recommend staying at this property.”

“I property is located in quite neighborhood. Located close to shopping and dinning, Downtown Old Yuma, a chamipionship golf course and medical facilities. We didn't use the pool to cold one week and during the other week we were golfing during the warm days. Great WiFi and easy access. The manager was easy to communicate with. For a butch of old guys we had a lot of fun!”

“The property and location were nice. The pool was very cold, but would be great in spring or summer! House is slightly ran down and needs a good deep clean. Overall, it fit our needs. ”
